Welcome to www.consotel.ma (the "Site"), operated by CONSOTEL in Temara, Morocco. These Terms of Use govern your access to the Site and its content (catalog, articles, contact and quote forms). They do not replace a signed commercial contract for product supply.

The Site is intended for hospitality professionals seeking information or quotes for our slippers and amenities. You must not:
- use the Site unlawfully or fraudulently;
- attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data;
- bulk-copy content for competing purposes;
- submit offensive content, malware, or spam through our forms.
3. Product information and quotes
Descriptions, images, and indicative pricing are for information only. Only a quote or order confirmed by Consotel binds prices, quantities, and delivery times. We may correct obvious errors on the Site.
4. Intellectual property
Site text, visuals, logos, videos, and structure are protected. Any commercial reproduction without written permission from CONSOTEL is prohibited.
5. External links
The Site may link to social networks or third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, Consotel is not liable for indirect damages from Site use (lost profits, business interruption). Liability for ordered products is governed by the applicable sales contract.
